WE’RE BACK! Join us back for the shred at @modernskate every first Sunday of the month for @michigangirlsshred First session back is Sunday Nov 3rd, see you there! A great place to progress, make friends, and have a good time for all ages and abilities! Let’s shred through the fall and winter seasons. Session cost is $10 for open skate and a option for lessons during the first half for $15. Kendra Scott started her company designing jewelry in her spare bedroom with $500 and a dream. From the start, her mantra was "family, fashion, philanthropy," and as their brand has grown, they continue to hold philanthropy as one of their core values.
We will be set up with some giveaways and resources and talking to people about the world of skateboarding, mental health, our Michigan Girls Shred Sessions, and free skate programs.

Community Skate & Mental Health Day @ Unity Skatepark
June 22nd 11am-2:30pm
You’re invited! Join us at Unity Skatepark from 11am-2:30pm for a community day of shred and raising mental health awareness! 🧠🌱🛹 Please be mindful of the space between 11am-Noon as we are hosting youth from the Detroit Rescue Mission for a learn-to-skate clinic. After the clinic join us for a day of skating, music, food, free mental health resources/evaluations, free stretch + injury prevention clinic with DPT Physical Therapy and a fun best trick contest with Modern Skate!
